World Trading Alliances Pty Ltd T/A The Bathroom Outlet has an extensive range of high-quality products across bathroom, kitchen and laundry categories. Our goods come with guarantees aligned with, that cannot be excluded under the  

Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.  

All products are manufactured to exacting standards set out in Australian Guidelines to ensure our customers receive the best product possible. However, despite our best efforts to maintain strict quality control, minor defects over and above these aforementioned standards may pass inspection unnoticed. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Trading Alliances Pty Ltd T/A The Bathroom Outlet excludes all liability for damage or injury to any person, damage to any property and any indirect, consequential or other loss or damage. World Trading Alliances Pty Ltd T/A The Bathroom Outlet will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any unit and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed. 

The Following Exclusions Apply to all Goods. 

1. All products must be installed by a licensed Trades person and in accordance to Australian standards or warranty will be void
2. In some instances, water damage may not be covered under warranty; all cabinetry is water resistant but not waterproof
3. Isolation valves must be installed with all tapware and water pressure/ temperature must not exceed Australian Standards or warranty will be void 4. All products must be inspected before installation for any defects/damage 5. Unsuitable or improper use; Incorrect installation not in accordance with instructions provided; installation or part installation carried out by the purchaser or any persons other than a licensee’s tradesperson; Normal wear and tear; Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance; Chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences; Excessive heat damage, harsh detergents, abrasive cloth or chemical cleaners used on products are not covered under warranty  
4. All products are covered for internal domestic use only
5. The Warranty period will expire at the end of the stated period outlined in the below document from the date of original PURCHASE.

Mirrors / Mirror Cabinets	2 years – cabinet, mirror 1 year – finish, door hinges
Shower Screens	2 years – glass 1 year – brackets, hinges, handles
Stainless Steel Sinks	15 years – structure 1 year – basket waste **fair wear and tear, scratching is not cover under warranty
Granite Sinks	2 years – structure 1 year – basket waste **fair wear and tear, scratching is not cover under warranty
Ceramic Sinks	15 years – structure 1 year – basket waste
Toilets	5 years – cistern (inlet & outlet valves) 2 years – link piece, flush pipe, flush button, hinges 1 year – toilet seat
Vanities	2 years – cabinet, drawer runners, hinges 1 year – finish
Heated Towel Rails	2 Years – heating Elements 1 year – finish
Basin Waste	1 year – replacement product (internal use only)
Floor Waste	7 years – construction (internal use only)
